That’s why we launched this site, to make canceling your Instant Checkmate membership easier than ever. We’re sorry to see you go, and upon canceling your membership we would love for you to leave us some feedback so we can improve our service.
You may terminate your Instant Checkmate membership using any of the three options presented below.
1) Cancel Right Now, On This Website:
Simply fill out the form located to the right. Please make sure to use the same email address that you signed up with, so we can locate your Instant Checkmate account. A member services representative will email you back confirming that your account has been canceled within 72 business hours.
2) Cancel By Phone:
Our US-based member care center is open 24 hours Monday through Friday, and from 5am to 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays (Pacific Standard Time). Please note our holiday hours below:
5am – 2:30pm PST
5am – 2:30pm PST
New Year’s Eve:
5am – 5pm PST
Christmas Day/New Year’s Day:
At Instant Checkmate, we open early and stay late so that we can always be there when you need to reach us.
We understand that you don’t have time to be put on hold. Don’t worry, we’ve recently expanded our team of member care professionals in an effort to keep our hold times under one minute. We’ve got a team of representatives standing by, who are ready to help with any of your questions or concerns.
3) Cancel By Email:
Simply send us an email at email@example.com. Please provide us with your first and last name, and the email address used to create the account. A member services representative will email you back confirming that your account has been canceled shortly thereafter.
In order to quickly and efficiently carry out your request, please be ready to provide us with the following information:
- Your first and last name
- Your username (the email address you provided when signing up)
- Your Instant Checkmate membership password
